Update (11/30/21): The electricity feed between the Cowlitz PUD and Lewis County PUD substations will be switched back to normal configuration on Tuesday, December 7 @ 6:00 a.m. During this switch, 134 customers along SR 506 and nearby roads west of Vader will temporarily lose power for up to 15 minutes. Original (11/17/21): 134 customers along SR 506 and nearby roads west of Vader (will not affect the City of Vader) will lose power at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 17 for up to 15 minutes. Lewis County PUD is switching power in order to temporarily serve Cowlitz PUD customers in Ryderwood so that Cowlitz PUD can perform maintenance on their substation. We apologize for the inconvenience of this temporary loss of power.
