Lewis County PUD’s Conservation Potential Assessment (CPA) is done in compliance with the State of Washington’s Energy Independence Act, Initiative 937, and is used as a guide in setting a two year conservation target based on the next ten years feasible conservation. Opportunity for the public to comment on the CPA is afforded at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners 30 days prior to the approval of the plan.
