Lewis County Public Utility District (PUD) is extending our electric transmission facilities in the Winlock area to accommodate growth, increase reliability, and continue to provide safe, affordable electricity to our customers. A new 69 kV transmission line and a new substation are planned near Winlock, along the Highway 505 corridor.
There will be a Public Open House on Thursday, February 9th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Winlock High School cafeteria. PUD staff and representatives from our engineering consultant will be available to provide information and answer questions. Community members are welcome to come and go as they please.
