Crews are preparing to open our M-2 or Morton-West feeder affecting West Morton and SR 508 in response to a vehicle pole collision. Crews will restore power to the Town within 15 or 20 minutes before going to work on the pole. SR 508 will be without power for several hours until the pole can be replaced. Once repairs are made, a second outage will occur for the folks in Morton to allow for the system to be placed back to normal.
Again, we plan to start the outage in Morton just prior to 4 p.m. Thank you for your assistance and patience.
