On Wednesday, September 29, Lewis County PUD staff will be hosting a public forum with community stakeholders to collect input on how the utility can continue to support an equitable transition to clean energy as part of the Clean Energy Implementation Plan required by Washington’s Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA) which was passed into law in 2019.

In addition to soliciting community stakeholder feedback to help us identify vulnerable populations and highly impacted communities, this meeting will also provide an opportunity for stakeholders to provide input on potential specific actions the PUD can take to minimize adverse impacts to vulnerable populations through the forecasted distribution of energy and non-energy costs and benefits as it relates to the PUD’s energy portfolio.
