Communications Facility Attachments

Whether you are a communications company wanting to attach to hundreds of PUD poles throughout Lewis County, or a local business or government entity needing to attach to just a few specific poles along a specific route, the application process is the same. If you are a first-time applicant for attachments with Lewis County PUD you will need to sign a Pole Attachment License Agreement prior to our approval of your application for specific attachments. The related documents below provide the license agreement, application, and field data sheet for the specific attachments you are requesting. Both need to be completed and returned to us for approval prior to placing any facilities on Lewis County PUD poles. Applications are approved in the order in which they are received (complete and substantially accurate).
