Starting a new construction project? Our Engineering Team is ready to support you every step of the way!
Once we receive your application, we’ll send you an invoice for the nonrefundable application fee so we can begin reviewing your project.

| Industrial (>1MW) | $2,000 |
| Subdivision & Multi-family | $150 per lot or unit |
How Invoicing Works
Invoices are sent by email unless you request them mailed. If you don’t see the invoice in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or add lcpud.org to your safe senders list.
An engineering technician will be assigned to your project after the application fee has been paid.
Project Timeline
Projects must be completed within 12 months of the application date. If a project is cancelled or expires, the application fee cannot be refunded.
