Every year, Lewis County PUD offers an enrollment period for customers to set up Budget Billing. This program allows customers to average their previous year’s electricity usage to establish an equal monthly payment plan. Many customers find Budget Billing helpful in managing their monthly budget and each year their budget amount adjusts depending on their previous year’s average.
Customers must have twelve twelve-month usage history at their current location, good credit history with LCPUD, and an account balance of $0.00 required at the time of enrollment.
