Our PUD is proactively limiting exposure to customers and employees by temporarily closing walk-in customer service areas and auditoriums. The PUD provides an essential public service and keeping each other healthy is essential to continually providing reliable service.
Customer Service is available at (800) 562-5612 to answer questions, accept phone payments, and assist with online access during normal business hours; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our web site www.lcpud.org provides access to our online payment portal and provides access to e-mail help services. You can also find energy efficiency tips, rebates, and construction information.
Payment drop boxes are located at 321 NW Pacific Avenue and 240 7th Street. Drive-up window service is available at the Morton Office during normal business hours.
