Lewis County PUD is taking public comment until 5:00 p.m. on December 15, 2017, on its final draft Conservation Potential Assessment (CPA). The Energy Independence Act (EIA), effective January 1, 2010, and modified on October 4, 2016, requires that utilities with more than 25,000 customers pursue all cost-effective conservation resources and meet conservation targets using a utility-specific conservation potential assessment (CPA) methodology. This CPA will support Lewis County PUD's compliance with EIA requirements.
