Scammers have recently used phone calls to Lewis County PUD broadband customers to try and get financial information. The PUD does not call you to take payments over the phone.
If you get an email or phone call you think is suspicious, hang up and call our Customer Service Representatives at 360-748-9261 to check your account status. You may also call us to make a payment.
These scams only work when you volunteer your personal information. Recipients of such fraudulent phone calls should under no circumstances agree to send money or give bank account, credit card, or other personal information.
