The Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) will hold Public Hearings to consider adoption of the proposed 2027-2028 budget during their regularly scheduled Commission Meetings on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the District’s Morton Auditorium at 240 7th Street, Morton, WA and on Tuesday October 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the District’s Chehalis Auditorium at 345 NW Pacific Avenue, Chehalis, WA. A virtual option will also be available for those not able to come in person, visit the District’s website at www.lcpud.org to obtain the virtual meeting information.
Those desiring to submit comments for the Budget Hearings have two options for submitting comments, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on August 20, 2026 comments may be submitted in writing to the Board preferably prior to commencement of the Budget Hearing, but no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026, and should be submitted to Stacy Davis, Executive Assistant Coordinator, at execadmin@lcpud.org or by mailing the comments to PO Box 330, Chehalis, WA 98532; oral comments will be taken during each budget hearing.
