The Lewis County Public Utility District (PUD) commissioners next meeting on Tuesday, September 17 in Morton will have a public hearing to discuss utility rates for 2025 and 2026.
There will be a workshop at 5:45 p.m. and the Business Meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m. This meeting will be held in-person with a virtual component for those unable to join in-person.
At their special commission meeting on Tuesday, September 3, the commissioners held their second of two public hearings for the 2025-2026 budget and the first of two hearings for the rate setting process.
After the budget hearing, the commissioners approved the 2025-2026 budget resolution unanimously.
