Cowlitz Falls Reservoir, Lake Scanewa, has been closed for maintenance activities scheduled to be completed on October 30th, 2024. The reservoir will begin to be refilled immediately following the completion of the scheduled maintenance activities however, due to the current flow conditions, it may take several days to refill the lake to the level needed to reopen the recreation facilities. Once the reservoir is refilled to a safe level, Lewis County PUD will reopen the reservoir for recreation.
