If you’re a communications company and need to replace poles for make ready work—or a contractor that needs to relocate, reroute lines or equipment as part of a road project, infrastructure improvements, or other relocation efforts—this application is the place to start. 
Once we receive your application, we’ll send you an invoice for the non-refundable $200 application fee so we can begin reviewing your project.
Invoices are sent by email unless you request them mailed. If you don’t see the invoice in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or add lcpud.org to your safe senders list.
An engineering technician will be assigned to your project after the application fee has been paid.
Project Timeline
Projects must be completed within 12 months of the application date. If a project is cancelled or expires, the application fee cannot be refunded.
