As part of the Lewis County PUD’s efforts to update its customer account management software and rollout the new SmartHub app and new bill layout, there are some days towards the end of March and early April when certain types of payment methods will be limited. - March 30 through April 10: Invoice Cloud (credit cards and online bank directs) offline.
- March 31 through April 10: Cash and check payments won’t be able to be made in Customer Service lobbies; you can mail your payment or drop it in the night drop box at either the Chehalis or Morton PUD offices.
- During this transition, from April 1 through April 10, customer payments will not post to the customer’s account until the new system goes “live” on April 11.
