ADDENDUM NO. 1 Notice to Bidders July 5, 2017, 11:42 a.m. Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County announces that the bid opening for Bid No. 17-06-CF for the purchase of two powerhouse bridge cranes has been rescheduled from Thursday, July 6, 2017 to Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Please remember that any addenda issued prior to the final time of receiving bids shall be properly acknowledged on the bid forms when the bid is submitted and shall become part of the Contract Documents as noted in Section B-7 of the Instruction to Bidders. If you wish to submit a bid, please use the forms provided in the bid document and return them to our office with SEALED BID NO. 17-06-CF, OPENING DATE JULY 6, 2017, 2:00 P.M., prominently displayed on the outside of the envelope containing your bid. Please be aware that bids delivered by private carriers often do not reach our office until mid-afternoon, and bids received after the 2:00 p.m. deadline cannot be considered

• Qualifications:
  Vendors wishing to submit bids, must be approved on Lewis County PUD's Vendor List prior to award of the bid. The Vendor List Application is available on the at https://www.lcpud.org/about-us/vendors-contractors/vendor-list/.

  Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the published bid due date and time at Lewis County PUD's Chehalis office located at 321 NW Pacific Avenue, Chehalis, WA.
