If you wish to submit a bid, please use the forms provided in the bid document and return them to our office with SEALED BID NO. 17-04-CF, OPENING DATE APRIL 24, 2017, 1:30 P.M., prominently displayed on the outside of the envelope containing your bid. Please be aware that bids delivered by private carriers often do not reach our office until mid-afternoon, and bids received after the 1:30 p.m. deadline cannot be considered

• Qualifications:
  Vendors wishing to submit bids, must be approved on Lewis County PUD's Vendor List prior to award of the bid. The Vendor List Application is available on the at https://www.lcpud.org/about-us/vendors-contractors/vendor-list/.

• Bid Opening Info:
  Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the published bid due date and time at Lewis County PUD's Chehalis office located at 321 NW Pacific Avenue, Chehalis, WA.
