If you or someone in your home is dependent on electrical life support or other medically vital equipment, please contact the customer service department and request to be put on the health alert list. This list will be taken into consideration when scheduling electric service interruptions.
We will require documentation from your physician stating a medical necessity for being put on “Health Alert.”
Our health alert program does not constitute a guarantee of service. Customers participating in the health alert program shall take all required actions necessary to provide for alternate services as needed by the customer.
